Job summary

RTX, in partnership with Collins Aerospace, seeks an NPI Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and readiness for new Water Solutions and Ice Protection programs. You will align with Engineering, Commodity Management, and Program teams to protect cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

The role demands 5+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, NPI, or program management, with a background in early design or new product development.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related roles.
• Advanced degree can substitute for experience, otherwise 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, NPI, or program management.
• Experience supporting early design and new product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for new product development programs.
• Support manufacturability, cost analysis, and design readiness.
• Manage procurement for prototype and development hardware.
• Drive supplier readiness for hardware development, FAI, and milestones.
• Support cost estimates and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate on negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
