You will work with engineers and production teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing operational performance.

The role emphasizes validating new products, developing processes, maintaining data, and ensuring process control.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes or production equipment.
  • Knowledge of process engineering principles and production equipment.
  • Experience with HMI interfaces and equipment setup.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial reasoning.
  • Experience with product qualifications and process validation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to diverse team members.
  • Able to work on computer and on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

  • Validate new products, technologies, and first-time production runs.
  • Assist engineers with developing, testing, and implementing new processes and tools.
  • Support engineering improvement projects and ECRs.
  • Maintain production data, validation records, and line recipes.
  • Document control standards and verify equipment performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize efficiency.
  • Identify risks during product introductions.
  • Troubleshoot production line issues to minimize downtime.
  • Define equipment recipes and production standards for new products.
  • Collaborate with Production and Engineering for successful launches.
