You will oversee pre- and post-packing on highly automated lines, coordinate Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to sustain the production plan, and coach frontline teams for reliability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, safety, and continuous improvement across the value chain, with a hybrid work policy and travel as needed.
