Sens USA is looking for a self-motivated NPI Test Engineer to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will develop test plans and collaborate with production to ensure new products meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and has over 8 years of experience in NPI. Key benefits include a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually, and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in NPI or Manufacturing Test Engineering.
• Strong Design for Test (DFT) review experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product test plan for the Production environment.
• Facilitate new product hand-off to Production.
• Analyze test data to identify patterns and provide insights.
