Job summary

AZEK Group, LLC is seeking a NPI Process Engineering Intern to join our on-site team in Wilmington, Ohio for a 12-week summer program. You will participate in product development, process optimization, and validation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance active NPI initiatives and produce detailed technical documentation.

You will gain exposure to materials development, capstock formulations, and manufacturing operations across our plants, while building data analysis

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering or a related discipline with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
GPA at least 3.0.
Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred focus in Chemical, Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, Materials, Manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

Participate in product development, process optimization, and validation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trials, data analysis, and technical documentation.
Develop and present results from NPI trials to a technical audience.
Support manufacturing operations exposure and project milestone progression.
Create and maintain technical documents reflecting project learnings.
