Job summary

The role offers hands-on experience with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Quality, plus mentorship and exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial or Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Analytics.
• Interest in process improvement, Lean, and digital transformation.
• Experience with AI/tools to improve workflows or analytics is valued but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives and KPI-driven initiatives.
• Analyze product development processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence principles to NPDI, ETO, SFA, and related processes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, training materials, and communications.
