Job summary
Fralock is seeking a Process Engineer II (NPI) to lead new product introductions from design review to production in a PCB and advanced materials environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
- Experience in transitioning new products to manufacturing and PCB fabrication is required.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and quality methodologies (DOE/ SPC/ FMEA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of new products from quotation and design review through production release.
- Coordinate prototype, first article, pilot, and qualification builds.
- Develop manufacturing processes for multilayer PCBs and advanced assemblies.
- Ensure manufacturability, quality compliance, and on-time product launches.
