Job summary

Fralock, an engineered solutions provider in Valencia, CA, seeks a Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for printed circuit boards. You will lead wet-process operations, including photo imaging, chemical etching, plating, and cleaning, collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes process capability studies, DOE, CAPA, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/engineering. Three to five years of related experience in manufacturing.
Experience with ISO/AS standards preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis a must.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain PCB fabrication processes.
Lead wet process operations including coating, lamination, exposure, etching, plating, and cleaning.
Monitor process parameters to ensure quality, yield, and throughput.
Create work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
Lead continuous improvement, safety, and cost-reduction initiatives.
