Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a seasoned manufacturing engineering leader to direct an NTI/NPI team. You will mentor engineers, ensure compliance with Unison procedures and APQP guidelines, and support bid estimates for labor and tooling. You will influence program strategy and drive improvements across manufacturing disciplines.

The role emphasizes operational judgment and collaboration, with a focus on developing best practices and advancing programs within the NTI/NPI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Design Engineering (NPI) preferred.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Design Engineering (NPI) preferred.
• Understanding of Unison product development policies and procedures; NTI/NPI process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers for the NTI/NPI process.
• Provide direction and mentoring on policies, procedures, and APQP guidelines.
• Support labor and tooling estimates for bid and proposal efforts.
• Participate in design and manufacturing reviews; contribute to policy development.
• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resources; communicate with stakeholders.
