Job summary

Veracity Hire LLC is seeking an NPI Mechanical Engineer II in California to support new product introduction, design validation, and manufacturing readiness for server, storage, and computing platforms.

You will collaborate with Taiwan-based design teams and local manufacturing to resolve issues, improve manufacturability, and ensure smooth transitions to production while driving fixture and component design, failure analysis, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with NPI activities and manufacturing readiness.
Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T and tolerances.
Experience with server/storage hardware assembly.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical issues and support product development initiatives.
Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinating with global teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Support and guide NPI activities to ensure manufacturability and successful production transition.
Design, develop, and validate testing fixtures, jigs, and mechanical components for validation and manufacturing.
Provide DFM and DFA recommendations to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Review drawings and specifications for dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
