Responsibilities

• Develop lean manufacturing processes and provide cross-functional support.
• Support design reviews to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Create fixtures, procedures, and ERP-based cycle-time tracking.
• Lead process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on requirements.
