Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technical field or business is required.
• MBA and APICS is a plus for advanced qualifications.
• 5+ years in material management, supplier management and customer support, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material planning and program management for NPI.
• Lead budgeting, spend management, and collaboration with Finance and Product Management.
• Propose optimized supply plans to ensure on-time builds.
• Drive resolution of material issues and manage inventory flow to reduce total cost.
• Lead daily/weekly materials readiness meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and prepare proposals for executive review.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and manage supplier/customer relationships.
• Lead cross-functional project teams on critical initiatives.
