Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, management or related field.
• Electronics manufacturing and supply chain knowledge a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in program management; electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers during design, development, manufacture and service of NPIs; ensure contract terms are met.
• Develop and maintain program schedules.
• Prepare responses to RFQs.
• Estimate and track program timing.
• Lead cross‑functional project status meetings.
• Coordinate interconnected projects and monitor progress.
• Decide on strategies and objectives.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and staff.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management.
