Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking a Manufacturing/Operations professional to lead NPI product transfers in Rockford, IL.

The role focuses on technically transferring new products and processes into production, ensuring robust manufacturing design and documentation. You will collaborate with PM, R&D, and manufacturing teams to deliver reproducible products, update plans, and manage risk across all transfer phases, while implementing production-ready processes for new SKUs.

Qualifications

BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field.
5+ years post undergraduate experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to influence upwards and across functions.
Lean manufacturing concepts & ISO 9001 knowledge.
Experience with ERP (PRMS/E1) and MS Project.
Familiar with Six Sigma, DOE; JMP/Minitab beneficial.
PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent Manufacturing/Operations on NPI core teams.
Partner with PM, R&D, Technical Operations, and Manufacturing work centers.
Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules for Manufacturing/Operations tasks.
Perform manufacturing process design reviews and risk assessments.
Create and maintain the Manufacturability Index and Operations Report.
Prepare transfer plans, reports, and status updates.
Prepare work instructions and production documentation.
Implement developmental outputs into product infrastructure and SKU creation.
