Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform organic chemistry syntheses in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished products; use ERP functions.
• Produce and analyze reagents, components, and finished products per the manufacturing plan.
• Interpret and communicate scientific data; collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Identify and correct manufacturing process issues; run appropriate experiments as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation (Batch Data Records, notebooks, reports).
• Support New Product Development and process improvement efforts; ensure quality standards.
