Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a seasoned PM/Manufacturing Specialist to represent Rockford Manufacturing/Operations on NPI programs. You will lead the technical transfer of new products into manufacturing, ensuring robust product and process development and transfer using proven project management methods.

The role requires coordinating across functions to minimize risk, define infrastructure, and verify processes during each transfer phase. Strong organization and lean/ISO knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field with 5+ years post undergraduate experience.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Requires the ability to influence upwards and across functions and businesses.
• Understands overall manufacturing processes and has the ability to proactively identify constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Understands the key concepts of lean manufacturing and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rockford Manufacturing/Operations on New Product Introduction (NPI) program core teams.
• Manage the technical transfer of new products and processes into production.
• Responsible for product and manufacturing process development and transfer using project management best practices.
• Represent Manufacturing/Operations as a core team member on new product core teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Define, document, verify, and manage product infrastructure and processes while reducing manufacturing and operations risk.
