Job summary

Techtrueup in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing to serve as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead at our DP manufacturing site. You will own technology transfer planning and drive NPIs on time through cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Process Development and Manufacturing.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, change control experience, and the ability to lead matrixed teams with influence.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own NPI project plans, scope, schedule and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional business cases to align plant operations with long-term strategy.
• Manage change controls within electronic quality management systems.
• Communicate updates to peers and senior leadership.
• Ensure GMP compliance and alignment with SOPs and batch records.
