Job summary

GTT is seeking an NPI Lead for the Thousand Oaks DP facility (ATO B20) to own technology transfer planning and drive NPIs on schedule. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Process Development, Supply Chain, Quality and Facilities & Engineering to deliver new products into the plant.

The role requires knowledge of DP processes, GMP and regulatory expectations, plus strong written communication. You will lead cross-functional projects with indirect people management and report progress to senior

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with experience in DP tech processes and GMP expectations.
• Experience leading cross-functional NPIs and Change Controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop NPI timelines and project plans for the B20 DP facility.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver NPIs on time with right-first-time quality.
• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory and other functions to ensure GMP compliance and lifecycle management.
