Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manager of NPI Manufacturing Engineering for PCB Assemblies to guide a cross-functional team from DfX to manufacturing readiness. You will lead end-to-end NPI efforts, drive cost estimation and tooling decisions, and own KPI dashboards to accelerate time-to-market for multiple PCBA programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in electronics manufacturing leadership, with a hybrid work schedule and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
5+ years leading engineering teams in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with PCBA industrialization and NPI.
Proven ability to set KPIs and drive time-to-market improvements.
Global collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI for PCBA programs from DfX to manufacturing readiness.
Drive cost estimation, tooling recommendations, and process definitions.
Develop KPI dashboards and remove roadblocks to hit launches.
Mentor teams and manage resource planning to meet tight timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
