Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, WI seeks an Electronic Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a multi-functional team focused on new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, drive time-to-market, and develop talent.

You will report to Jim Rondeau with a hybrid schedule, oversee cost estimation, DfX, and KPI-driven performance across global stakeholders. This role demands strong leadership and engineering excellence in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided.
• 5+ years managing engineering teams in electronics assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional engineering team focused on NPI of PCBA assemblies and technology deployment.
• Oversee core industrialization activities including DfX, data readiness, prototype line execution, and cost estimation.
• Set and monitor KPIs to improve team effectiveness and business performance.
• Allocate work based on project priorities, schedules, and skill development.
• Develop leadership and drive program and production success.
