Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of PCBA manufacturing processes globally. You will specialize in AOI, optimize inspection strategies, and drive cost-competitive, high-quality manufacturing across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
Experience with AOI programming or optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Global PCBA Process Development across locations.
Be an AOI Technical SME; drive inspection optimization and standardization.
Guide new manufacturing technologies to improve yield and reduce defects.
Support New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Readiness.
Provide global technical leadership and share best practices.
