Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction by designing and implementing tooling, installing production equipment, and developing fabrication and weld processes. You will work hands-on on the shop floor to ensure launches meet cost and quality targets.

This role collaborates with Design Engineering for DFM/DFA feedback, coordinates equipment installation, and drives continuous improvement, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering or related hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Travel required: 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing tooling, fixtures, jigs, weld fixtures, and aids to support new product launches.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback.
• Support prototype, pilot, and production builds; identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Develop and document fabrication and weld processes, including weld sequencing, fixturing, and work instructions.
