Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead product industrialization through disciplined NPI phase gates, from concept through production launch. This role sits at the center of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality with accountability for readiness to scale.

The candidate will translate designs into manufacturing strategies, define build approaches, develop routings, and ensure alignment with cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with structured New Product Introduction programs.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing deliverables across all NPI phase gates from concept through production release.
• Define manufacturing inputs for each phase gate (design maturity, BOM, routings, tooling, capacity, quality plans).
• Participate as the manufacturing authority in phase gate reviews and ensure criteria are met.
• Drive risks and corrective actions prior to gate approval.
• Lead manufacturing for prototype, pilot builds and initial production ramp.
