Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in electrical control panel manufacturing or similar environments
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and customer specs
Responsibilities
- Transform customer drawings into standardized, build-ready manufacturing processes for electrical control panel manufacturing
- Identify CTQ features and control through design, tooling, and documentation
- Lead design-for-manufacturability reviews and drive risk, labor, and rework reductions
- Lead manufacturing readiness for new and existing products, including BOM accuracy, routing integrity, pilot builds, and transition to full production
- Design, document and optimize assembly processes; develop work instructions; apply Lean to improve flow, quality and efficiency
