Job summary

Indicon LLC is seeking an NPI Technician to support the design, build, testing, and documentation of new electrical panels. You will create prototype assemblies and help transition them into production, working closely with the Engineering Team.

The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, precise documentation, and adherence to safety and UL508A standards. Ideal candidates will read schematics, use SyteLine ERP and SOLIDWORKS PDM for revision control, and maintain rigorous build records while

Qualifications

Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems and SOLIDWORKS PDM.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build prototype electrical control panels using engineering drawings and schematics.
Create and maintain build documentation and assembly guides.
Lead or support harness drawings and wire lists for prototypes.
Troubleshoot real-time build issues to meet timelines.
Collaborate with Engineering to improve manufacturability of designs.
Ensure compliance with UL508A and internal standards during prototype builds.
Generate and organize manufacturing documentation with Microsoft Office.
