Generac Power Systems Inc in Wisconsin seeks an NPI Specialist to manage new product material delivery, supplier quotes, and PPAP workflows. You will uphold CBOM accuracy and drive on-time performance across prototype and development phases.

The role requires strong project management, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with engineering changes. Collaboration with SGS and cross-functional teams is essential for a successful product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or 4 years related experience.
• Proven experience with engineering change processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product platform value chain ensuring timely material delivery.
• Analyze supplier quotations and calculate total cost ownership.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost and timelines.
• Maintain CBOM for NPI projects.
• Manage on-time delivery and PPAP orders.
• Coordinate ECOs for new/legacy parts.
• Act as SAP Super User in the applicable area.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and risk mitigation.
