Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year engineering degree in a relevant STEM field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience optimizing production processes and parts for manufacturing
• Proficiency with CAD packages and PDM systems; strong documentation

Responsibilities

• Influence designs early on with design engineers, driving DFM/DFA across manufacturing equipment.
• Optimize part designs and assembly processes for efficient production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Document processes, SOPs, and maintain BOMs.
• Maintain and manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Track, analyze, and report manufacturing and facilities KPIs.
