Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials, or related sciences (or equivalent).
• Ability to develop business and technical strategies.
• Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of precision fabrication technologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with RF, microwave and mmWave applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day activities with long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations in the latest manufacturing technologies.
• Process, product and tool development.
• Provide design for manufacturability input.

• Support production release and sustainment of mechanical solutions.
