Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to own processes from development through ramp, across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, and inspection. You will translate product strategy into production-ready processes and develop PFMEA, process flow diagrams, control plans, and work instructions while supporting cross-functional teams on technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering across automotive, aerospace, defense, propulsion or related fields.
• Strong CAD skills; Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process execution, capability, and readiness.
• Translate strategy into capable, repeatable production processes.
• Develop and improve processes across additive, machining, assembly, inspection.
• Lead process implementation from NPI through production ramp.
• Ensure manufacturing controls reflect requirements and risks.
• Develop PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, control plans, and work instructions.
• Verify critical product characteristics are controlled in production.
• Lead process qualification and production validation.
• Provide technical support to Operations on issues.
• Manage changes to tooling, routings, and training.
• Monitor performance: yield, scrap, cycle time, throughput.
• Support low-rate production and ramp to stable production.
• Represent site manufacturing in cross-functional forums.
• Support continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost.
