Job summary

Jarp-Industries in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Leader onsite to drive the end-to-end launch of new products, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality to meet schedule and cost targets.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of successful global product introductions; mastery of CPM/PERT/CCPM and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• PM leadership with cross-functional alignment and timelines.
• Experience leading complex, global product introductions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Lean/Six Sigma or CI experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with execution focus.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs with time, cost, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Establish and refine NPI processes including design transfer and ramp-up.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure supplier and manufacturing readiness for production ramp-up.
• Define KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Drive lessons learned into future NPIs.
