• Experience leading NPI programs for laser/amp devices.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams from development to production.
• Strong communication and results orientation across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, execution, validation, and delivery for laser/amp products across verticals.
• Lead a team to transition lasers and amplifiers from development to production.
• Develop engineering requirements to meet performance, yield, and cost targets.
• Lead integration of III-V devices into packaging and system design.
• Oversee DFx activities spanning design, manufacturing, reliability, and testing.
• Characterize III-V devices and feed iterative design improvements.
• Design and develop multi-wavelength laser solutions for various apps.
• Define test strategy and oversee validation, reliability, NPI, and production testing.
