Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in NPI, product, manufacturing, or test engineering within lasers or photonics.
- Strong hands-on experience with optical alignment and opto-mechanical assembly.
- Proven experience developing automated test systems using LabVIEW or Python.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support new product introductions from design release through pilot ramp.
- Develop and deploy robust automated test and calibration systems.
- Implement automation for laser characterization and final testing.
