Qualifications
6+ years’ experience in NPI, product, manufacturing, or test engineering within lasers or photonics.
Strong hands-on experience with optical alignment and opto-mechanical assembly.
Proven experience developing automated test systems using LabVIEW or Python.
Responsibilities
Lead and support new product introductions from design release through pilot ramp.
Develop and deploy robust automated test and calibration systems.
Implement automation for laser characterization and final testing.
