Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and delivering cutting edge products.
- Experience with 4+ of the listed areas: NPI strategy, IIIV design, IIIV process, vendor management, qualification/reliability, validation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own roadmap, execution, validation, and delivery for laser and amplifier products across business verticals.
- Lead a team of engineers to transition lasers and amplifiers from development to production.
- Develop engineering requirement documents to ensure devices meet performance, yield, and cost metrics.
- Lead integration of IIIV devices into product, developing packaging and integration baselines.
- Lead design for performance to specs, manufacturing, reliability, test – DFx methodologies.
- Own the detailed characterization of IIIV devices and provide iterative design feedback.
- Design and develop integrated multi-wavelength lasers for various applications.
- Define test strategy and oversee implementation for validation, reliability, NPI, and production.
