Job summary

Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance is seeking an New Product Integration, Engineer II to translate novel concepts into scalable manufacturing systems. You will pilot builds, validate processes, and support commercialization readiness within a fast-paced, high‑volume environment.

The role collaborates with Innovation, Product Development, Operations, and Quality to ensure a smooth transition from concept to repeatable production, while focusing on margin, cycle time, and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or related engineering required.
• Lean/Six Sigma Belt certification a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or product development environments required.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, ISO 13485, AS9100, or similar) a plus.
• Experience with CAD, PFMEA, and digital workflow systems to support scalable, high‑quality production processes.

Responsibilities

• Integrate new products and processes into existing manufacturing systems.
• Translate innovation concepts into repeatable and reliable manufacturing processes.
• Participate in engineering builds, product and process trials, and validation activities.
• Define, get buy‑off, and meet stability metrics for new product/process developments.
• Track project milestones and deliverables within the integration phase gate process.
