Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an NPI Engineer to establish robust, repeatable manufacturing specs for new designs across the development lifecycle.

You will work with NPI Project Leads to define routing, offsets, and validate processes for prototype and production phases. Responsibilities include leading development phases, authoring work instructions, and coordinating with CAD/CAM, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with critical CRD requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
Proficiency with CAD software: Rhino, SolidWorks, Mastercam.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and OneNote).

Responsibilities

Commit to safe work procedures at all times and adhere to site safety regulations.
Support the NPI process for new products and dual-sourcing projects.
Lead engineering phases during development and support manufacturing for six months post-launch.
Author product-specific work instructions with manufacturing and process teams.
Collaborate with Project Leads on initial plans and process maps.
Deliver timely engineering updates throughout development.
Coordinate tool room and print requests for fixturing and validate fixtures with cross-functional teams.
Inspect and measure components, assemblies, and samples using supplier submittal forms.
Engage stakeholders across CAD/CAM, Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Finance, and JDIW.
