Integra is seeking a Manager, Industrialization Engineering in Houston, TX to lead the Industrialization Engineering function across North American facilities. You will drive standardization, readiness reviews, and scalable manufacturing plans for new products, overseeing NPI, FOK builds, and capacity planning to support growth.
The role partners with Product Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to transition designs to production and optimize capital investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in Industrialization/Manufacturing Engineering/NPI/Operations Engineering roles.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or cross-functional programs.
- Experience leading manufacturing readiness, product launches, FOK builds and design-to-production transitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Industrialization Engineering organization.
- Establish enterprise industrialization standards and methodologies.
- Lead FOK builds and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Own launch governance and product industrialization processes.
- Develop Make vs Buy, TCO, PFEP, and manufacturing readiness frameworks.
- Support NPI and transition products from design to manufacturing.
- Lead factory readiness reviews for new products and expansions.
- Own factory capacity modeling and labor planning.
- Develop long-range capacity and warehouse/facility capacity planning.
