Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an New Product Introduction Analyst to support the introduction of new products on the production floor in Pooler, Georgia. You will document processes, report project statuses, and collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure capabilities meet launch requirements.

The role requires a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, business, or related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful reporting and visibility of NPI projects in the factory.
• Contribute to factory NPI continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate documentation and determine make-in or buy-in parts.
• Manage SAP workflows for component and production changes.
• Liaise with multiple functions to validate changes before cut-in.
