Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA seeks a Quality Systems professional to own ISO 9001 implementation and drive product and process improvements on the manufacturing floor. You will lead cross-functional teams, audit processes, and train staff to uphold quality standards across all stages of production.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree, 3+ years in manufacturing quality, and a Six Sigma/5S certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5S lean manufacturing and six sigma certified.
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality standards addressing tightening, fits, finish and testing.
• Lead the ISO 9001 management system and audits.
• Manage product quality programs and projects.
• Create and audit manufacturing processes for conformance.
• Develop inspection processes (online and offline).
• Provide training to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Ensure systems conform to ISO 9000 standards.
• Analyze warranty data and aftermarket testing.
• Drive continuous process improvement across teams.
