Meta’s Infrastructure organization seeks an experienced New Product Introduction Program Manager to own the program across Supply Chain, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver AI compute, storage and network hardware on time and to quality.
You will partner with AI/Hardware Engineering, TPM, Manufacturing Operations, and suppliers, driving readiness, risk management and clear communications across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, global data center environment.
As Meta’s datacenter infrastructure grows rapidly in scope and scale the increased technical complexity and velocity of new product introductions requires organization and integration of activities across numerous internal and external teams and manufacturing sites.Meta’s Infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Program Manager to act as the single threaded program owner across the Supply Chain organization to navigate an ambiguous development environment, bring clarity and alignment, identify critical path and blockers and manage risks to drive successful on-time and on-quality NPI delivery of Meta’s highest-priority AI, compute, storage & network hardware across our global data center footprint.
This position will work closely with external manufacturing partners and Meta internal stakeholders including AI & Hardware Engineering, Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and all Supply Chain functions.

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
