Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking an NPI Engineer to transfer new products from R&D to manufacturing in the Mattawan, MI area. This role focuses on defining manufacturing processes and ensuring producibility and testability while partnering with design engineers to smooth the product introduction lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in a technical field, 3+ years in manufacturing (electronics preferred), CAD experience (Altium/Eagle/OrCAD), and familiarity with PLM/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with electronics assembly.
• Experience with CAD software for PCB design and layout.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM principles, and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems for managing product data and BOMs.
