Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking an NPI Engineer in Allendale, MI to lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing. You will develop and optimize processes for early products and partner with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability.

You will perform process validation, create thorough manufacturing documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes and tools in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of NPI engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test methodologies, and quality control.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP software.
