Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Hudsonville, MI is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead transfer of new products from design to manufacturing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturability.

You will develop manufacturing processes, lead root-cause analyses, and contribute to design reviews to ensure robust PCB assembly and fabrication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues during product development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test methodologies, and quality control systems.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle) for PCB design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
