Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of NPI or manufacturing engineering in high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software for PCB design and schematic capture.
• Strong understanding of PCBA assembly, test, and validation.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, C#) for automation/data analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
