Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to lead the industrialization and launch of new products at a Carrier manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate APQP, PPAP and process validation, partner with Design, Manufacturing and Quality on transfer to production, and manage pilot runs to ensure on-time, on-budget releases.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of NPI or product-industrialization experience in manufacturing, with a proven ability to drive launches with
