Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret and create schematics, layouts, and Gerber files.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Experience with CAD software for PCB design and analysis (Altium, OrCAD, Allegro).
• Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and equipment (ICT, FCT, AOI, X-ray).

Responsibilities

• Drive the transition of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to optimize manufacturability.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new product introduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI issues.
• Define and procure tooling and equipment for new product lines.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation for NPI projects.
• Monitor and report on key NPI metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
