Job summary

eTeam seeks an R&D Technician for the Colorado Springs, CO 80907 site to support electronics prototyping and manufacturing processes. You will work across R&D and manufacturing to design and implement processes and build prototypes for new products.

Responsibilities include working in an ESD-controlled environment, assembling prototypes, calibrating tests, and maintaining lab equipment, with collaboration in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or electronics certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Work in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Turn on and troubleshoot PCAs.
• Build/assemble full instrument prototypes.
• Calibrate and run automated tests on prototypes.
• Troubleshoot and repair prototypes.
• Build, troubleshoot, and maintain test racks with equipment.
• Execute automated characterization tests across temperature and humidity.
• Help maintain the NPI Lab environment.
