Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Document Analyst to support its mechanical engineering team in Santa Clara. You will coordinate BOMs, assign part numbers, and drive ECOs while aligning hardware logistics with operations for next-generation products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, and strong organization and communication skills. Proficiency with Creo and Windchill is expected, and the position offers equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of engineering hardware components, manufacturing techniques and processes.
• Experience in documentation related to NPI for mechanical product development and production tooling.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication with attention to detail.
• Culture that encourages perpetual development and process advancement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; experience with PLM platforms like Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BOMs, assign part numbers, and implement ECOs with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize documentation processes to align with development cadence and operational needs.
• Review and improve existing processes and documentation; preserve standard processes from design reviews and postmortems.
• Collaborate with engineers to structure documentation using Creo and Windchill.
• Maintain alignment of assembly structure and SKUs between engineering, factory operations, and partners.
• Foster tight collaboration among cross-disciplinary participants.
