Job summary

Nailor Industries, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Data Coordinator to support the Engineering department by maintaining accurate engineering documentation, BOMs, drawings, specifications, and related records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales. The candidate will enter data into document management systems, ensure revision control, and assist engineers with

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BOMs and engineering drawings.
• Manage product specifications and item masters.
• Coordinate ECN/ECO documentation and revisions.
• Maintain document control in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support new product introductions with required docs.
• Assist engineers with data entry and admin tasks.
• Generate reports and ensure revision accuracy.
