Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems seeks a New Product Introduction Leader to prime the Spark system. You own the program, set sequencing, drive builds, and enforce readiness at each gate under schedule pressure.

You will orchestrate product management, manufacturing readiness, and supplier qualification across Crusoe Industries, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver on time and with measurable readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10–15 years in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or hardware program management.
• Experience priming internal factory and external contract manufacturers.
• Ownership of gate decisions and ability to hold a gate closed under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the five phase Spark NPI framework from concept to launch.
• Define readiness criteria, run gate reviews, and ensure evidence-based decisions.
• Coordinate Crusoe Industries, Supply Chain, Quality, and Field Operations.
• Plan EVT/DVT/PVT with partners and drive action closure.
• Manage integrated schedule, risk register, and open-item closure.
