Job summary

Crusoe is an AI Factory building modular power and compute infrastructure for fast, scalable AI workloads. The role leads the Spark NPI framework, governs gate reviews, and ensures readiness across manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations.

You will drive EVT/DVT/PVT validation with Crusoe Industries and contract manufacturers, manage risk, and own the end-to-end release process from design to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10–15 years in new product introduction or hardware program management.
• Proven ownership of gate and release decisions under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Spark NPI five-phase framework and gate reviews.
• Hold design freeze and production release decisions with defined criteria.
• Drive readiness assessments, ECO/ECN flow, and package completeness.
• Coordinate EVT, DVT, and PVT builds with internal and contract partners.
• Ensure rack-scale compute, power, cooling, and interfaces are integrated and released.
